Mr. Menear: About 10-years ago I had a very bad experience with Home Depot and switched to Lowes. I have two relatives that now work for HD and they said your culture had changed so I tried the HD store near my home (901 Stemmons Pkwy, Lewisville, TX 75067. We ran into an issue with a bathroom counter install and your Customer Service Supervisor (?) Debbie Clevenger went beyond and above what we expected to get it resolved. I wish all my employees were as dedicated as Debbie. Anyway, we are now loyal HD customers again.
