I have visited numerous Quest sites over the last 15 years and have been completely satisfied. Just recently I visited a site in Newfane NY and a floater phlebotomist, Anthony Grieco, was totally incompetent resulting in lost samples, a 5x5 bruise on my arm that has lasted for 10 days so far and misreporting that the reason he lost the results was because of poor blood flow which is TOTALLLY untrue! He said he could not find the correct materials he needed for the 8 vials of blood he needed to draw. He was upset that he would get out of work an hour later since he would have to split 2 of the vials!
I have made numerous phone call to Jessica Crone the local patient supervisor in the Buffalo NY area at 716-568-5214. No calls have been returned.
This is not the quality of service i would expect from Quest. Shame on this employee and rep for failing to perform their jobs as Im sure you would expect.
I would appreciate someone getting back to me, this employee being approached before this happens to another patient and youre checking with the office of the Patient Supervisor as to why calls are not returned.
