Today July 19, 2017 I went to the jewelry store to have a battery put in my husbands watch which was bought at that store. There was only one clerk there and wanted me to wait a long time before she could fix it. I explained to the manager I did not have time to wait. I asked why there wasnt more clerks, since the mall and the store were packed. I have never been treated so bad at that store, I will never go back and I will tell all friends not to go.
