Sorry to be an inconvenience to your day. But I would greatly appreciate if you could fix the severely embarrassing unprofessionalism demonstrated at the Ihop located on Paul Huff Pkwy in Cleveland TN. I was previously an employee there. My name is Morgan Chatham. The assistant manager in training with no upper authority figure in the building. (Which was typically the case there, so no big deal UNTIL a prob arises with 0 solutions in sight). My first serving job has now became a living nightmare. Due to MULTIPLE oh, fuck her she cant do shit about it incidents , excuse my language. One night I went to due my server report then clock out but owed the store $252 and didnt even have $252 on me. Mind you this was honestly one of the BEST DAYS I knew I did well with my cash tips.. (Assistant manager is currently sitting across from me puzzled as well.) Then proceeds to take ALL of my tip share from that shift. And says Ill have blackie take a look at it, I PROMISE well get this worked out! With a scared/tired look in her eyes.. me with that now dumb wrenching feeling in the pit of my stomach.. I still respectfully handed her all of the cash and received a measly $20 from her to live on till it was situated ; Assistant Managers name is pronounced Adora btw. I didnt let that situation affect my attitude towards the company and/or employees after that, I showed up clean groomed and ready to work with a smile on my face the following day. To get cut. Show up next day to not be able to clock in using my ID number. Ask to speak to GM Blackie Alvarez, not here try back 2:30 tmrw. Show up at 3 next day ... On hes already left for the day. So convo following is... More than less cut your losses . Ive since then been in contact with them for the UI number. Got hung up on, you dont accidently hang up a house phone at 8:30 AM when they have maybe 2 tables seated.. So I call back my answer for the UI number is now 2007 yet the UI # has to be the first 7 digits? That didnt add up. Call back in 10-15 mins STILL NO UI NUMBER OR MONEY and so here I am.. Annoying you bc this is my last resort before an attorney is contacted to sue the company for multiple legitimate reasons. I apologize, I am not taking my frustration out on you, just simply requesting a resolution and swiftly.
