I would like to recognize the staff at citizens bank of Dillsburg Pa.should be commended for there excellence in services. They have been helping me with financial planing of my daughters wedding in oct. This year. Recently I was devistated with the passing of my wife,the staff all signed a sympathy card and sent me and my daughter.Several weeks later my daughter was hospitalized for several days and the medical bills are becoming a financial burden on me! Earlier this week i contacted by a member of the bank asking me if there was any way they could help me with the finances needed to get back on my feet again.The gentleman (Joe) was willing to do what ever he could to help me out! He commented to me that here at citizens bank you are like family to us and will do whatever we can to help! I think that employees like these guys should b recognized for going above and beyond their daily duties! Have been a customer for a long time and will continue to bank with them, very impressed with the services provided to me and just like to let it be known that in this day and age its hard to find customer support of this quality!
