I have been in contact with multiple CenterPoint Benefits employees trying to resolve issues with a retired employee who recently passed away (June 27) . Commitments have been made to me to provide insurance and other any other information required to settle the deceaseds estate. Because of lack of results and in frustration, I sent contact us email two days ago to CenterPoints Web Site requesting help. Site promised a contact within 24 hours.
