Good afternoon Mr. Levatich. My name is Jeff Parker, I am a fairly new HD customer. I rode and raced sport bikes for many years and 2 years ago I decided to give Harley a try. I purchased a 2015 Night Rod Special for $17000.00 and put over $2000.00 in upgrades. So I have over $19,000.00 into this bike.
Fast forward 2 years and I need to get rid of the bike. I call Paradise Harley where I bought it and get a buy bid of $10k. I lost almost half of the vehicles value in less than 2 years!?!?!
If this is the case and Harley is truly that poorly built that it depreciates that fast, they should come with a warning! I am not sure what you can do, if anything, but I find it atrocious that you sell such a poor product that it has almost no value that soon after purchase.
