Dear Matthew S. Levatich
I´ll appreciate the opportunity to contact you by this way and let you know that I am a fanatic and faithful HD motorcyclist in Mexico for more than 30 years, also as a faithful buyer for the brand Harley Davidson for such reason I ask your help for my problem.
Warranty requirement claim
On May 09, 2016, I bought my Harley Davidson motorcycle model Road Glide Ultra 2016,it is practically new nowadays, with 8,750 miles run (14,000 km) an all its services in agency.
On July 13, 2016 the main board stopped functioning, also the control board, gasoline levels and speedometer, I take my motorcycle to the agency in (Mexico) Monterrey City NL called Coyote , but they came across that part number 70900122A INSTR CLUSTER, BLACK / KPH, that is not in production and it will take about 3 to 4 months to have a replacement.
I did a research in HD agency US and Mexico in order to identify if I find this part, but they told me that this part is not in manufacturing process and it will take a long time to replace it. I consider this circumstance inappropriate knowing my motorcycle is new, so I ask your help or request a prompt solution with a better timeframe for this replacement.
I have scheduled a trip for the end of August and I know that my motorcycle can run without this part but, I don´t feel safe to travel knowing that my motorcycle has not been fully repaired and exposing my life for a piece that cannot be changed because a lack of existence.
Please find attached the Order with Part Number requested by Coyote Agency Monterrey, so you are able to lead this or follow my requirement.
