Sir, On or about 7/17/17 ..I purchased merchandise at your Wayne N.J. store, no date was given to me on delivery. Way over a week and a half, later a letter came to me about unable to reach me. They had my # or leave a message no one did.. I then called your customer service, two items were in for delivery ,the box spring and mattress. The bed room set was not in, maybe the beginning of September was told to me by your C.S. .Your S. C. them stated if I wanted to cancelled the order, I said no.
Are you selling Furniture that you dont have in stock ?
Today I called Wayne , N.J. sales person not in, come in later. I then called S.C. explaining the problem, making a complaint, no help and nothing, Furniture not in stock and et-al.. And wanted to talk to a Supervisor... My phone went dead................ Your people need training, to the Customers.
