I am not understanding why nothing has been done until I call AutoNAtion Corporate HQ today.
I made 2 trips from Hobe Sound to your store in Delray Beach, each trip is 160 miles round trip.
I came in and cancelled everything on my 2014 E350 first, then about a week later I made another trip to cancel everything on my C250.
According to your FI person, I needed to make a 2nd trip because while I paid cash for my E350, there was a small MBFS loan on my C250. He said I could not cancel anything until the loan shouted paid in full.
Both of those trips, I had to sit and wait over an hour each time to get someone to help me.
I signed all the cancellation documents for both cars, and as of yesterday, you said nothing has been done with them.
That is totally unacceptable.
I bought 2 cars in a one week period, and this is how I am treated?
I am over a refund of over $9,000.00 !
You called me late yesterday to say you were off on Wed and would follow up on Thursday.
Why has no one followed up on either of these in over a month ?
