Ive been trying to get a service issue resolved for weeks.
Its been impossible for me to email, providing the screenshots I want to show that prove I bought extra data when it ran out.
The Service operative said they where transferring me to their supervisor - that was 10 plus minutes ago, Im just sitting in a chat window left hanging.
Ive been a vodafone customer for around 20 years, this is seriously making me consider leaving.
Ive now been stuck in a chat window for 35 minutes and they wont even say they will look into it and come back to me
