I have spent a very frustrating morning trying to book and pay for flights redeeming – Michael OLeary email address

I have spent a very frustrating morning trying to book and pay for flights redeeming a gift voucher. I was unable to do this through your iPad app, so I was told by one of your Live Chat people, Lawrencia, to go through Google chrome, which I did, after downloading it. Even then, when I got to the payment, the error message came up that my payment could not be taken, even though the voucher is valid. After TWO more Chats, and one phone call, I was advised to pay for me booking, and phone back for the payment to be refunded, and the gift voucher used. On making this call, I was told that the refund to my card could take up to 15 days, and there was no way of refunding the money spent on phone calls! Please, please - get this sorted. All the fun of receiving my voucher has disappeared - its even taken the shine off my trip to Dublin. I look forward to your comments.
