I want the 2017 Lincoln MKZ at Wilson Motors in Logan, UT. I put a deposit on the vehicle 2 weeks ago but can not get the car because of the recall. Wilson motors cannot fix the problem because they cannot get the parts from Ford Motor company. So I wait and wait. The quality of customer service seems to be going down the tube each week I have to wait. I have waited my whole life for this opportunity to own a Lincoln. So far it has not been a good experience. What is the problem?
