To whom it may concern,
I have had a very unfortunate experience with PODS. The actions that have taken place by your company have made it seem like PODS is in the business of scamming customers.
I paid very easily online for my POD to be delivered and the delivery of my new destination. Then after the POD was delivered, the delivery date to my new destination was changed, by three days, from a Saturday delivery to a Tuesday delivery. Obviously if I wanted a Tuesday delivery, I would have made this arrangement. However, this was unacceptable. I canceled immediately. Please keep in mind, that the delivery of the POD and my cancellation was within one day. I never even saw or opened the POD.
The fact that you guys changed my delivery date of final destination after/on the day of my initial POD delivery is not my fault. Now, months later, and disputing with my bank the fees, I was called again by your collections department.
I was threatened that my existing balance would be taken to collections. I have records of all my calls to and from PODS, and the fact that the PODS collection department representative is telling me that notes after May 27th do not exist, is a lie.
I settled with PODS for a $50 fee that I will pay so that my information is not sent to collections. However, this is unacceptable. From my experience, you company does not have the customer in mind and in fact may be scamming the public on these delivery of the POD/change the date of final destination situations.

I am in the process of calling my bank to talk with them about this $50 fee that I am forced to pay at this time.
