Mr. King,
I have been a client of your wealth management division since it took over National Penn Bank. It is important to me that I can trust the bank that has my assets. I trusted National Penn very much and cannot tell you how dismayed I am with the lack of service I have received since the acquisition. I am also very disappointed that I cannot receive help from the staff involved. To this point I have now decided to move my assets elsewhere. Since I have initiated this action, which I did January 20, 2017, I cannot tell you the nightmare it has been since then and I am still trying to transfer the last of my assets. Since I am no longer going to be a customer of your bank, I am hoping that you will not dismiss my email but use it to further improve your services to others. As of right now I am totally disappointed in your staff and services and would not recommend your bank to anyone. I am sorry your service has been this poor and I hope you will take this opportunity to discuss this situation further with me. Thank you.
