I sent you 1 week ago my horrible experience with jet blue at Orlando airport. I have not gotten any response from you about my 10 hours of hell at MCO on august 2. I think if you carefully look at my package that I sent you and analyze what happened to my family at a very minimum it is worthy of 4 free round trip tickets for what we endured and the lies that were told to us from your employees.
