I received a call from a very nice lady Tiffany Parker yesterday, she gave me a final offer of $500. I refused. 11 weeks of the run around, has been very upsetting. This is my last attempt of settling with you. I will be contacting the attorney general, and other forms of media. I called your Waterville store 7:30 on a Sunday night and asked for 6 tubes of paintable- clear caulking an associate asked a store manager (I have both names) I was walked up to the cash register and checked out, after using the tubes, I returned to the store to buy more to complete my job. I saw, and asked why can you not paint white silicone caulking and you can clear. the associate said you cannot paint any silicone caulking and started to scape off the sin on the shelf. I have picture of this. NOW, if one can not paint over silicone caulking .. then my project can not go any further. the boards will have to be removed and replace. I have submitted 2 estimates, both just over $2,000. please answer me how $500. covers this. and at this point the project may not be able to be done this year. so I will have to look at this till spring. this only adds fuel to the fire.
