Johnette Henderson sent a message to John B. Koch, Chief Executive Officer and President, PODS Enterprises, Inc. - email address that said:
I am FREAKING out because PODS came to pick up my container from my home this morning and I have NOT scheduled a pickup or a relocation to the contract. My contract is paid for until October. WHAT IS GOING ON? I am in Maryland and no one across this country is picking up the PODS telephone. I understand that the headquarters is closed in Florida because of weather but that means that NO ONE in other states has local phones. I am in MD and someone from PODS in MD took the POD from my home this morning. THIS MAKES NO SENSE.
