Colin Bennett sent a message to Kazuo Hirai President and CEO, Sony Corporation - email address that said:
I am trying to contact you about the appalling service provided by Sony in the UK. I have written to the UK CEO, (kdepauw@eu.sony.com ) but he does not even bother to respond to my e-mails. A number of my business associates have now cancelled planned purchases with Sony, due to your horrendous lack of support and especially your No names policy that allows all Sony employees to escape any accountability whatsoever for lack of service.
