Dear Sir,
I am Arun from India, my vehicle (Toyota Fortuner- HR 21R 0011) met an accident and the air bags did not deploy. I have made several complaints. However, the customer relationship team and technical team gives baseless explanation that the impact was not strong enough to deploy the airbag. This is not at all satisfactory reply. Moreover the repair amount quoted by the dealership is almost 35% of the total value of vehicle. We were sure that if vehicle is found to be faulty then my vehicle would be replace but it seems so the Toyota is not responding and my vehicle is laying in the dealership[p for almost a month now. Please help me out as I have high regard for Toyota as a brand and I hope my complaint would be heard and my faulty vehicle would be replaced.
