I have been trying to resolve an issue with my flight booking since may......it was a minor amendment on my online booking which I spotted immediately. Since then I have tried online chat.... customer services phone number with no joy. I have a complaint registered but have been told the case is closed which it isnt. Could you please tell me how I can get to talk to an employee with who I can explain the issues. I can not understand how such a small mistake could not be resolved immediately. I am going on holiday in 4 weeks and cant book online until issue
