Heres a car rental company Budget Car Rental...that I will never used again ... on Saturday September 16th 2017, landed at LAX, took the shuttle to the counter and believe or not, it took 3 freaking hours to rent a car (yes, I had a reservation) ... they were way under staff... out of 15- 20 stations there was 5 to 6 agents helping... after that service was good... then I returned the car... waited for the shuttle for more than 20 minutes... I took a taxi/car back to the airport.... you are a special car rental company, arent you???... wait for an explanation from Ronald L. Nelson!!!
