HI. I am trying to reach someone in a supervisory position that can help me, please. I have a temporary permit for power that my Parish President approved for 90 days pending installation of a septic system, at which time, we will be on permanent power. The problem is that we need Entergy to install three poles and a transformer so that we can have power. We met with an Entergy Engineer the first week of September and he staked out where the poles are to go. The tree service has prepped the area and the water dept. has marked where the water lines are. We are waiting on Entergy now. My husband is disabled and I work from home as a Webmaster. I cannot work from home with no power. Right now I am at our local McDonalds for their free wifi. My husband is home alone and he is not supposed to be unsupervised because of his condition. We have an extension cord run from neighbors for a fan. The latest word from Entergy is that it will be October 2nd before they come out. I am begging, please, someone, please come sooner. Who do we need to speak to in order to be put on a priority list? Should I contact my State Representatives? Legislators? Who would you recommend we speak to in order to have this done asap? I am willing to reach out to whomever it takes and utilize any and all resources at my disposal. Please, will you help us?
