Please advise. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Unfortunately, I went through a divorce after 34 years. I have a son who has mental illness who lives with me. I have decided to do a consolidation of my credit cards which include a line of credit with Bbt.
In July BBt took $1400 from my account. Today BBt took $1000 from my count. I can assure you this money is for bills not pleasure.
I live in Florida and with Irma I have hurricane damage. I heard on NPR that mortgage payments and credit card payments are being waived.
I need every penny to pay my bills, luxury not bills. The nerve of your company to take this money from my account not knowing where this is going.
Please advise.
