Good evening Mr Raines, I am sending you this message in hopes that you have – J Paul Raines email address

Javier Mendoza sent a message to J. Paul Raines - Chief Executive Officer of GameStop Corporation - Email Address that said:

Good evening Mr Raines,

I am sending you this message in hopes that you have an inclination of what is going on at your store in El Paso, Texas. Briefly I was insulted by your district Manager Trisha who I spoke to after being told I was not allowed to pay on a balance from a fathers day gift provided to me. The worst experience ever in my life when it comes to working with a paying customer. The worst part of it all was being accused of stealing a receipt by your district manager. Imagine the shock I got to think that a fathers day gift be turned into the worst experience beyond any industry I have ever heard of next to United Airlines on all the social media. I myself am very disgusted with such an outrageous claim by your district manager. An ex-girlfriend of mine paid for half of a game that I had talked about for months and my daughter also expecting to join me. Now, I will have to go elsewhere and explain to my ex that not only of the outrage but to boycott any further dealings with your company and let others know if this insult by your District Manager and how they have no shred of evidence to base their claim on but yet tell their employee not to allow me to pay the balance of this gift. I hope you are not pushing this kind of activity within the ranks of your management. I hope you will find the time to make a response to this message. I can give you further details if you wish, including my contact information and copy of the receipt and you can contact my ex who bought the item. You should implement more better questions on your computers to prompt if this is a gift so others wont have to deal with accusatory personnel. This sends out a negative message to potential buyers who will be looked at as thieves instead of welcomed customers and consumers.

Sincerely in disbelief.
