Please allow me to introduce myself. I am a 43-year English person living in the UK.
I was in the Royal Navy for the first few years of my working life as a Radar Operator. Following my time in the Royal Navy, I went to University and have worked in IT ever since.
I have always been interested in aviation and would love to complete pilot training at some point in my life. Sadly the cost of this is too much.
I have heard an Irish man loves a punt! Why not take a punt on me?
You guys need pilots and I want to be one. How about you fund pilot training and I dedicate my time to you in return and take a lower (negotiable) salary than the standard pilot salary for 5 years to repay your investment in me.
Go on, you know that you want to!
