I have read with interest of your current difficulties with pilot vacation leave, pilots departing Ryan for other airlines and the cancellation of flights. I think very highly of Ryan Air and have flown with your company numerous times.
My sincere suggestion is to find someone who can mediate between the pilots and company, someone who can use a simple spreadsheet app to track vacations and plane routes, and someone who understands the needs of both the companys employees and your bottom line.
Please let me know if you need help. As a retired soldier and a teacher I can do all of the forementioned actions.
