I angered, I dissatisfied, I unaccepted the worst management and the poor customer service management the managerial control, in the case I seriously complained the total 16 staffs in Citibank Hong Kong Limited.
I am a clients deal with Citibank over 22 years. My track record is very reliable. In the recent past, in July 2017, I sent a serious complaint letter to you, Until now, Angel Ng still delayed the responses, and no responses. Priscilla Ng distorted the complaint to a loan affairs, it is not the truth. The reality is their poor management caused a series of big mistakes, it finally caused my serious complaint on the total 16 staffs. If they did the right things in the positive reply and the positive solution, it is the simple case they can solved it at the earlier stage. This case related to Citibanks reputation. Indeed, it is a shame and it is a scandal. I already sent the serious complaint letter to Hong Kong Monetary Authority, and I sent many emailed messages to Angel Ng Peps Wong Victor Yuen (c.c. to Michael L. Corbat). Because Pepys Wong and Victor Yuens incapabilities, they brought a big problems to Angel Ng. Possiblly, Pepys Wong and Victor Yuen mislead Angel Ng.
I highly wish your serious envisages on this serious complaint. Please give a strong instruction to Angel Ng and Priscilla Ng to put the POSITIVE ENVISAGE for the DIRECT PHONE CONTACT WITH ME (Mr. Wong, a 22 years client).
Angel Ng and Pepys Wong and Victor Yuen and Priscilla Ng NEVER DID THE PHONE CONTACT with me (PLAINTIFF, COMPLAINER, CLIENT, VICITM) , but they listened the SINGLE SIDED MESSAGES from the internal messages of the DEFENDANT (Pepys Wong Victor Yuen). It is very irrational illogical ridiculous.
