You have changed the baggage policy from Nov 1, a good step, but for customers who have bought and paid for seats, on the basis of being allowed a 10kg take on case, now we have to pay! But not at the rate payable at time of booking!!!This is a licence to print money
Can you re-think this and allow people who are affected by your change, to at least buy any extras at rates at time of booking.
