Hi
I have an credit card account which I have rewards showing on my account that have been used. Im currently on hold trying to resolve this problem and am not getting reasonable customer service to address this matter.

When the problem first occurred I walked 7 blocks to your Gap Outlet in downtown LA on a day it was 95 degrees outside, just discover after I picked the items I wanted to purchase for my son that my rewards were invalid and already used yet I just printed out that reward and hadnt been to the store in awhile so there was no way for me to know I already used the reward.

The invalid reward is still showing on my account, and your customer service people seem clueless to responding to removing this from my account within a reasonable time period. It shouldnt take that long to delete it. On the account site it says 72 hours.
So now your customer service person but me on hold and just hung up on me. Ive had an account with your company for a long time and I frequently shop at your stores. If this is how I am treated for trying to resolve something that should not take weeks to resolve, I may as well just pay off my entire account balance and stop shopping at your stores because clearly you dont want my business.

Im very upset now that Ive been hung up on by your customer service person after been transferred twice. I wasnt being ridiculous or rude to your customer service person and did not attack the person. I conveyed my frustration and was hung up on.

So I would like for someone to resolve this issue reasonably, but at this point Im ready to just pay my balance and close this account. Im not going to pay people to treat me poorly.
