I am trying to purchase. However, a issue came up on my credit report from Macy s (a late payment appears)
As you know late payment not a good sign. Maybe a Senior Moment! I am not disputing the missed payment.
I know very well that you have no obligation to grant my request, but I believe (yes I believe in miracles). I believe it is in your power to so, I am asking for a favor?miracle a good gesture, a courtesy. As understand I the FCRA, you must sure that the entries in your report are accurate, and must appear in the record. I believe you have some discretion in deciding what is, or is not in your reports. My purpose in writing today is to ask you to exercise that discretion in my favor and remove the negative reference from your reports to the 3 bureaus.
Whatever you decide, please accept my appreciation for your consideration.I am looking forward to from you on this matter.
