Dear Mr O Leary when all around is disappointing with your airline I am here to say .. yes we have had problems in the past with a distraught daughter being picked on which was obvious as she was crying all the way to plane .. but we cant afford other airlines to travel and yes the extra cost of being seated together hurts but not as much as not as able to visit our daughter in London so I say yes to your ruthless approach to business and only wish I could have your vision.. so keep our costs low so that we may continue to visit our precious daughter after all the pilots earn way more than I ever will .
