damaged. After asking for
refund, I was refused. I informed american express and
your company, as well as theirs
say I never contacted you.. I
have emails from your, them and an offer to accept a $60.00 credit. Amex has refused the credit on the basis they believed
you, in effect, questioning my
honesty. I will follow up with them, but I will never, never shop in your store again.
