One of your employees is currently committing a WC insurance fraud! His name Is Rico J.Rizzitiello. Employed by Marianos store at Westchester,IL. Phone number: 708-562-4033. His case should be re-evalutated. I work with him last year 2016 and he was doing a lot activities with his left arm,shoulder,hand activities. He was playing drumps every day even days before his shoulder surgery performed in 01/30/2017. He was sending a videos of him playing to his friends just a weeks before surgery. Then he asked his friends to delete it,because his lawyer Donn P. LaHaie strongly advised it. Everybody still can see his videos on FB. Its public. This insurance fraud is his second one. He didnt get caught at first time a few years ago. He confessed this crime to his friends. You can check his videos na FB page of Slavka Scarlett Garvolt if you do a new investigation, posted in October of 2016. Her name cant be mentioned to him or his lawyer because he is able to do some damage to her or her family.
