Mr. Rutledge, I am a customer of charter/spectrum and have in the past enjoyed having charter services, cable TV , internet. but now I dont find your company to be favorable to hard working class people. your program line-ups are pitiful, programs are repeated over and over again for months on end when you want to watch certain channels you cant and at other times you can I have basic and expanded basic TV cost $62.99 with 3 digital receivers cost $6.99 each $20.97 internet $54.99 broadcast TV Surcharge $7.50 Taxes, Fees and charges $5.30 which brings my current charges to $151.75 just this month 9/26/17 you added $2.57 increase last month charge was 149.22. seems to me all you do is constantly beg people to up-grade and bundle for a small savings then when maybe a year later you say that particular savings has expired. paying $1,800.00 a year is way to much. I think your company is the worst cable company because of its greed and monopoly and when I saw that you Mr. Rutledge are the highest paid CEO in America and received a pay package of $98.5 million in 2016. no doubt you feel that you deserve the pay that you get. I also believe that if you have a successful business and led it to be so you should get paid well. I as a customer am not happy with your service neither with your creep-up increases I feel your company is greedy and unfair to your working middle class and retired people as my self. since its your company why dont pay your own FCC Admin, Franchise, Peg Access and state PSC fee and give people who are not as wealthy as you and you company give the customers who utilize your services some slack. the economy is not as our President says it is, not for poor people. I sincerely wish you will consider the things I have related to you concerning this matter and I do appreciate that I was able to express my concerns. Thank You Ms. Dorothy Burch 3802 Mystic Trail, Saginaw, Michigan 48603 Phone: 989-791-3092
