Im a customer, never late with one payment. Due to the Hurricane in South Florida, I am respectively asking for a one time discount of $100 off my bill. No help from your company, no assistance at all thus fare. I have spoken with numerous customer service people. I ask to speak with a supervisor and have been on hold for over 45min. I thought your focus was to grow your call centers with friendlier, easier and more focus specifically on your customers. Very Disappointed. I need your help.
