Dear Sir. I have in the past and recent present used your airline many times and found it to be a great experience. I am however like most and no doubt yourself a little surprised and disappointed at your airlines recent woes.
It is for this reason and upon hearing of this mornings collapse of Monarch I decided to drop you this quick note. Perhaps this situation with Monarch could be an opportunity for yourself and Ryan to redeem yourselves and rebound your recent very bad PR by approaching the Monarch situation, temporary retain their pilots and crew on a ninety day employment, lease the said aircraft which are well positioned and in turn key operation and fulfill your Ryan air flights rather than cancel and inconvenience your customers. I believe giving a positive to Monarch staff and Ryan customers would allow you to come out smelling of roses and place Ryan back on the good road they deserve. All business has struggles and curve balls regardless of size and circumstance and I wish Ryan all the best. The skies would be an empty place without them. Best. Nigel.
