I left my FitBit at the Gainesville,Fl store Have called for the last two weeks and spoke to a (supposedly) Manager. I have given them my name and address three times and they all promised to send it.I told the Mgr.last time it was for monitoring my pulse throughout the day as I am 71 and have several heart issues including two surgeries.Please HELP!
