Dear Sir:
For the past 3 years my husband and I along with our friends the McMillens have booked your vacation package to the Mexican Rivera Maya. We have been very pleased with your sales representatives and how easy it is to book our vacations and how inclusive the Jet Blue vacations have been. Until this year we were very pleased with your inclusive vacation packages. To our dismay, we found out that your package did not include our one suitcase which we were told would cost an additional $50 dollars round trip per person. We feel this is unfair to charge on international flights.
We normally fly Southwest which gives two free bags per person, but since we have enjoyed Jet Blue flights so much we booked with you again this year. Please rethink your charges for luggage on your all inclusive vacations and possibly restore the free luggage to your vacation packages. Right now the packages are not all inclusive.
