Last Friday I wrote you a lengthy e mail regarding a duplicate payment on my JC Penney account . I set up my one time payments each month and in Sept. my payment posted and a system generated payment posted as well which gave me a credit balance. I am sure you have been advised of all the details so to make this as short as possible I was told by your very abrupt Account Manager that the correction would be made last Saturday and a check mailed to me to be received in 3 to 5 days. I just checked my account and nothing has transpired. I know in the overall aspects of your job this is not priority one but please have someone look into this and find out why Meelima/Meelina has not kept her word. I will be contacting an account manager tomorrow hopefully I do not her her. Thank You
