Camille Clark sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge - Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. - Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Rutledge, I am writing regarding my cable bill. I have a past due amount that must be paid by Oct.17. I do not get paid until Oct. 20. Having obtained a dual Masters Degree MBA/Masters in Nursing Admin, I understand that billing must have parameters. Spectrum, however has an inflexible automated billing system. Your advertising campaign characterizes a company that espouses caring about your customers. This is radically different than the reality of Spectrum. You lead a cold corporation without human decision making regarding customer specifics. I know that there would be voluminous requests for help with bills without such a system. I am on temporary disability for treatment of metastatic breast cancer. I will be going back to work on the 8th and my income will once again exceed my expenses by the 20th, but this does not matter within the Spectrum culture. The public portrayal of this company is fraudulent. I know you are a busy man and probably will not read this. I just wanted to see if anyone in management of this corporation cares.
Thank you for any attention you may have given my email. Camille Clark
