Can you please help us to arrange a refund for a cancelled flight.
We have tried the link provided which tells us we are unable to use the ling as the flight is obsolete it tells us that its not possible. After using the online chat we were sent an email advising us that the EU261 was not usable and providing an email address to use. I have emailed that address and received a reply with the same link which again tells us the EU261 is not usable.
We are simply going round and round in circles which is most frustrating.
would you please advise what we need to do
