Your company has been trying to contacy my 14 year old son about a MRI.
The problem is you should never be contacting a minor.
You have his birthdate in your data and therefore should be able to determine he is a minor.
Minors can not be responsible to tell their parents or guardians that the insurance company called about important matters affecting their health.
i request cigna does a root cause analysis how this occured and implement a corrective action to prevent it from happening in the future.
I have contacted cusdtomer service and a supervisor assured me a tick5t would be imeadiately entered Wednesday night.
This did nothing as your computer is still trying to contact my 14 year old son.
Please get your act together.
