having issues with autonation in Mesa Arizona. Ok i am very very upset. On oct 13th i traded my 2015 Chevy spark in for a 2010 colbolt. On 10/14 calling the salesman john wayne major issues with car bring it in on 10/16 to get fixed find out calibers are messed up and whatever else. It has electronic issues to. I went back in 10\\17 to exchange the loaner truck you gave me for a car no status update went and talked to a lady in the finance department to find out status of refund which is still in works and explain to her my issues i broke down in tears. This was a certified used car shouldnt have these issues she agreed she went and talked with someone and came back and said it was gonna be awhile because tech who had it at other dealership didnt do his job anf selling me a unsafe car isnt what autonation does its 10/19 and no one picks up the phone to tell me anything. If its to much to fix can i get another car around the same price of the colbolt. I am really really upset. This has been a week from hell. Can someone call me at 602 295 3175 i went to your dealership because you always did me right on my spark. I have a kid and need a bigger car as im moving to michigan in june 2018. I am beyond stressed out here. 10/19 called and left messages still no reply on whats going on with the car or anything. This is not how anyone should be treated no one calls me back lets me know status if the car is that bad than let me get a different car for the same price. i am a widow and i have a 7 year old son who misses his dad . i needed a bigger car and trusted your dealership and no one has even explained to me anything thats going on . are they fixing the car do i pick out another one. I am so frustrated with this whole situation i havent had a car sense monday. i bought it friday called saturday and its been at the dealer ever sense. can someone fix this situation please.
