I apologize if it is taking advantage of our previous relationship My oldest son is thinking of a transition from a CFP at fidelity more into securities compliance in the banking industry. From your vantage point is this something a young man 10 years into a finance career should be thinking about. Is there a need for this in banking? I am probably being too much of a helicopter parent but was hoping you could provide me with some insight that I could then use positively or negatively to help.
