I would like to know who to contact regarding the horrible customer service I received on Tuesday and Friday of this week. It wait times and on hold times took an entire day. I tried online chat and was put to 3 different people before being told I once again had to call one of the 800 numbers and be on hold once again. How do you do business like this? Even after confirming the contact phone number THREE different times, the tech still did not have the right number to contact me.
