I returned a car to Avis in Nashville this past Thursday (confirmation # 45280876US4). For some reason they were unable to give me a receipt. I was told one would be mailed to me. It never came. I have now called Nashville several times as well as Customer Service and no one seems to be able to help. One person passes me on to another. I have been on hold several times, for at least 20 minutes, until I hung up in frustration. Now, I need this receipt to properly file my expense report so this is unconscionable. Can YOU help. And, by the way, in the process of trying to do this online, my Avis Preferred number has been frozen. I called in about that and was told that an email would be sent to me so I could reset my password. It never came.
