Dir Sir,
I am a consumer who frequently shops your stores. However, the last few visits have left me very frustrated. We receive your sale ads in our mail. However, on numerous occasions after arriving at the local store I am unable to acquire the sale items that I take my time to go to your store. When asked where the items are, the usual reply is "We dont have that item." Also, trying to use the digital coupons is a nightmare! I know that my piddly amount of money that I may spend in your stores really doesnt mean diddly squat to you, but just letting you know the frustration of one consumer!! I will not put myself through this frustration anymore, so I have decided not to shop your stores any longer.
