This is with regards to our Tata PRI connection against A/c no 604997228 tel. no 022 66898300 since last 4 days we are without telephone connection.
We have given a complain on Friday morning i.e., on 27/10/2017 your engineer Mr. Dwarka Tiwari 8976172403 had visited us according to him all the main cable is damaged will take 2 days for rectification but still there is no action taken by your engineers technician.
