hi,
i bought toyota sienta last year (sept2016) , find out the display for reverse camera very poor,. i make the complaint evertime i went to service center but no solution for me. 29/9/2017 i made a complaint throught mytoyota (toyota malaysia webside) and phone to 1800-8-869682 regarding this case. afterthat the staff from service center (which i bought service my car dearler) call me for taken photo. after 2 weeks they said "nothing can do". then i ask for a black white from your side. "no reply"
i make a call and mytoyota(website) on 27/10/2017 again. the staff from Customercareline(1800-8-869682) said the the person incharge will call me on 02/10/2017 but nothing.
is this toyota serve customer?
i complaint the case start i bought the car until now 1year+ but your side said nothing to me. tq
